NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Please be advised that the ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF MARINA’S EDGE OWNERS CORPORATION will be held at 6:00 P.M. on June 3, 2025, at Willow Towers, 355 Pelham Road, New Rochelle, New York, 10805.

AGENDA: Election of six (6) Directors

Any Shareholder wishing to nominate a Shareholder for a position on the Board is invited to submit such nomination, in writing, to the Managing Agent so that it shall be received no later than May 28, 2025. Of course, nominations may also be offered at the Meeting.

If you desire to submit the Proxy, we would appreciate your completing, signing and returning the Proxy to our office at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled Meeting, although it may also be presented at the Meeting. If you decide to personally attend the Meeting after submitting the Proxy, you are welcome to do, in which case, you may then elect to cancel the Proxy.

SNOW STORM

FROM WHAT WE HEAR, LIGHT SNOW IS POSSIBLE EARLY TOMORROW AM THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON TOMORROW, WITH A INCH OR SO, SNOW POSSIBLE . THERE IS A WINTER STORM WARNING THAT TAKES EFFECT TOMORROW AT 5PM, THROUGH NOON ON FRIDAY.......WITH HEAVY SNOWS THURSDAY PM, THROUGH FRIDAY NOON. POSSIBLE 10" ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE. THE PROBLEM WITH THIS STORM IS THAT THEY ARE CALLING FOR NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WITH VISIBILITY LESS THAN A 1/4 MILE. TEMPS WILL BE WELL BELOW FREEZING AND WINDS WILL BE AT 30-40 MPH. WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. THURSDAY WILL BE A HIGH OF 17, LOW OF 6. FRIDAY, THE TEMPS COULD HIT MINUS 8 AT NIGHT. WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY MAIN PART OF THIS EMAIL. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP UP WITH THIS, AND AS YOU ALL KNOW ME, IF THE CONDITIONS ARE WHAT THEY ARE CALLING, WE WILL NOT RISK OUR TRUCKS, CREWS, OR DAMAGE TO ANY OF YOUR PROPERTY, CARS ETC... TO TRY AND FIGHT THIS DURING THE HEIGHT OF IT. ALSO, SALT WILL BE USED VERY SPARINGLY UNTIL THIS IS OVER WITH. WHEN TEMPS HIT THIS LOW, THE SALT WILL WORK BRIEFLY, THEN QUICKLY RE-FREEZE, CAUSING ICE, WHICH WE DONT WANT. PLEASE TRY AND HAVE A LITTLE MORE PATIENCE WITH THIS STORM, AND UNDERSTAND THE CONDITIONS THAT WE MIGHT MEET. WE WISH EVERYONE A HAPPY AND HEALTHY NEW YEAR AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST WITH WHAT MOTHER NATURE DEALS TO US, ANY QUESTIONS, FEEL FREE.................AND PLEASE FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO ANY BOARD MEMBERS, ONSITE EMPLOYEES, ETC, WHOM YOU THINK SHOULD HAVE IT AND WE DONT HAVE THEIR EMAIL.
